| McAlister Institute Proudly Announces the Pro-Am Charity Golf Tournament and Silent Auction Dinner on June 22, 2009! |
Why raise funds for McAlister?
McAlister Institute for Treatment and Education thanks each of you for the years of commitment and support. McAlister is funded in part by the county of San Diego. As a non-profit agency, it is our responsibility to raise dollars to fill the funding gaps that exist within our programs. As you may already know, most of our services are provided because there is a great need, not because ample funding exists. It is our strong commitment at McAlister to continue pursuing the necessary revenue to help with the costs of our programs. As with any non-profit charity event, all proceeds directly benefit McAlister Program Services and those we serve.
Why participate in our golf tournament? To teach, learn, laugh!
We are excited to announce McAlister’s Pro-Am Celebrity Charity Classic presented by the Southern California Section PGA! This is a unique event in which amateurs and professional golfers unite and play competitively for outstanding prizes and hands-on coaching experiences! Each hole along the course is hosted by a corporate sponsor; the course is lined with information booths and opportunities to learn more about the supporting businesses in our area.
