| Description: |
Long-term residential program (six to twelve
months) for substance abusing women and their children. Services
include assessment, educational workshops in topics such as life
skills, vocational training, health, and relapse prevention as
well as treatment planning, individual and group counseling, and
parenting instruction. Services also include a perinatal detox
program. |

2. Perinatal Detox |

| Description: |
Ten to 14 day residential detox for pregnant
women. Program includes detox and pregnancy issues, transition
to residential treatment, assessment, educational workshops in
parenting, substance abuse issues, health, and relapse
prevention. |

Detox |

days duration which provides drug and alcohol education, and an
introduction to 12-step recovery in a safe, supportive
environment. Referrals to longer-term treatment and sober living
environments provided. Fees are based on a sliding scale.
Screenings are done daily at both the East County and North
Coastal Regional Recovery Centers. |
