Services: Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
Corporate Solutions, Drug-Free Workplace Assistance Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Subtle changes in job performance or behavior may be justified or ignored because no one has the ability (or wants) to deal with the problem, which may be caused by substance abuse. But when behaviors or attitudes caused by substance abuse hinder work performance and are excused or ignored, individuals who have the problem are allowed to continue to be a risk to themselves, their co-workers, and a detriment to the company.

We have the solution - Corporate Solutions

  • Substance abusers are: 2.5 times more likely to miss 8 days or more of work annually, and miss anaverage of 10 times more days than non-users.
  • 4 times more likely to be involved in on-the-job accidents, and 5 times more likely to file a Worker’s Comp claim than a non-user.
  • More temperamental, with more mood swings, and they increase stress levels in co-workers.
