McAlister Institute provides a variety of services including our Safe Housing Program in East County. Our mission is to offer a clean, safe and supervised environment for women and their children as they work to become productive members of society.
Population:Adult females, Women with children
The McAlister Safe Housing Program is designed to:
- House recovering individuals who may benefit from the support of living with others in recovery.
- Be the next step towards living independently in the community.
- Be conveniently located within close proximity to our outpatient facilities.
- Have on-site, live-in managers responsible for the supervision of residents.
- Be available for community members and individuals who are attending other treatment programs.
- Furnished and affordable housing, designed to keep residents safe and productive.
