Every Sunday is Deaf Recovery Fellowship
from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm
at the Park on 39th Street and Adams.

SOL-supported 12 Step meetings:
Monday (Interpreter):
On Mondays Alcoholics Anonymous has a Candle light AA Meeting at 8:15 PM at 4011 Ohio Street in North Park.
Tuesday:
On Tuesdays Narcotics Anonymous has a Deaf NA Meeting at 6:00 PM in the Child/Tot room at 4044 Idaho St. (Inside the Basketball Gym)
Wednesday (Interpreter):
On Wednesdays Alcoholics Anonymous hosts the Fourth Dimension AA Meeting at 7:00 PM at 2850 El Cajon Blvd- The corner of El Cajon Blvd and Utah.
Thursday:
On Thursdays Alcoholics Anonymous has a Deaf AA Meeting at 6:00 PM at the Alano Club at 1944 30th Street
Friday (Interpreter):
On Fridays Narcotics Anonymous has the Sleeping Monkey meeting at 6:30 PM in the University Heights Recreation Center. The address is 4360 Landis.
Saturday:
On Saturdays there is an interpreted Marijuana Anonymous meeting at 11:00 AM at Balboa Park, at the corner of 6th Avenue and Laurel Street.
Sunday:
On Sunday at Noon, Marijuana Anonymous has a Deaf MA meeting at the North Park Recreation Center at 4044 Idaho Street (Corner of Idaho and Howard).
On Sunday evening at 7:00 PM Old Town Alcoholics Anonymous hosts a Speaker Meeting. The new address is 6551 Soledad Mountain Rd, In the Mount Soledad Presbyterian Church.
These 12-Step meetings are supported by Signs Of Life, and are all Deaf-Friendly. |
SOL Internships and Volunteering
We welcome volunteers to Signs Of Life. We welcome any and all interest in connecting your professional education with us. If you are looking for internship hours in Counseling, Medical Training, or Psychology, please contact us. Please feel free to Email David Walls (sol@mcalisterinstitute.org), our Program Manager, with any questions about volunteering at SOL. Hours will vary according to your schedule and general program needs.
